We were hesitant in trying this place. The outside gives no clues as to what the inside looks like. Whole new world! The moment you walk into the door you have a feeling of being invited in to see more. From the party planners, to the arcade to the tavern & food to the bowling. Absolutely love this place. My kids bowled for the first time, and loved it! Booked our sons birthday party and cant wait to come back! Great food, great staff, and the manager Carla is amazing!
Wow the place is awesome!! Decided to check the place out tonight hoping there wasn't a tournament. I couldn't believe that I was in Lake Elsinore. It was only 8 bucks to bowl. Way cheaper than my area. The employees were really helpful, they make sure you have a good time. Whenever im back in town ill be coming back.
Just want to thank Pins 'n Pockets for a great time! The service was excellent, the staff was very attentive and friendly. Had to wait for a lane with my grandsons but there was so much to occupy them the time flew by....Will definitely refer this establishment to friends and family, oh, already have....Good Job!!!

I've been here many times before much more since it's been remolded. (We love the remodel) We always receive great customer service! Today I was VERY impressed with the lady working the front desk Carla. Come to find out she's the manager! You can tell she's totally hands on and isn't afraid to do the dirty work! She was very friendly and made the process of getting all 6 of us (4 of them being young kids) set up and ready to go. Her customer service is just OUTSTANDING! We had a birthday party there on Sunday for my 3 year old. Everyone had a great time bowling and playing laser tag. The food was good except the next day almost everyone from the party ended up with food poisoning. We will not be ordering food from them again.

My family and I had a wonderful experience today at Pins N Pockets. The establishment its self was very clean and organized. Additionally, our service was fast and friendly, thanks to our amazing server Christian. He was always checking on us and made sure we had refills as well as extra napkins. Our bowling balls got stuck and he quickly called someone to relieve the problem. It goes without saying but my family and I will definitely be back very soon!
Loved our night at pins n pockets our servers were mega slow but a girl named Kayla made sure that we were all taken care of thank you Kayla you made our night that much better..... Ask for Kayla
Event tonight was met with smiles from cashiers, servers, bartenders and MOD. I have had a couple of events here and the one thing that is consistent is the workers all seem to so hard to please the customers. Great event tonight...thank you!
I absolutely love this place. Staff amazing always attentive and Carla the manager always helps us out if we have any issues. Can't wait to have my daughters birthday party here. This place is the new HOT SPOT in lake Elsinore for sure.
