Had a fun time bowling, Anthony our server was great. After went to the bar to watch some football and 4 of us ended up sitting at the bar for 12 mins b4 one of the 4 bartenders asked us if we needed anything....While yes of course we want a drink. Woman's bathroom had a dirty diaper on the floor and wasn't cleaned up. Then there was a guy throwing up in the men's restroom all over the floor.at that point we didn't want to eat there and decided to leave. I loved this place. Always thought it would be lame but OMG I fell in love wit it. Must go!!! The bar is excellent
We always have a great time here! Laser Tag is a blast and the games pay out.. We didn't get to bowl but we will next time!

I understand when it's busy, but when someone sits at the bar, at least acknowledge them and tell them you'll be with them shortly. Service at the bar was lacking yesterday during the game
What a delightful surprise! LOADS of family friendly coolness in this sprawling venue of fun. The had the playoffs running on the lanes, food is delicious, friendly staff, super clean, and bonus room/restaurant is across from the arcade, laser tag, and pro shop. A great ALL IN ONE place for parties and families alike. 5 stars!
Last weekend we took our daughter for her 8th birthday bowling. We were greeted by a lovely gal named Karla. She was super sweet and gave all the children free laser tag tickets! She even gave our daughter a birthday balloon and gift! We were treated so well by all the staff, had such a great time and the even the food was great! If you are looking for a place to have fun and be greeted with smiles and sweetness I would highly recommend coming here! Thank you everyone at Pins N Pockets! We will definitely be back soon!
We had a great time bowling on Saturday. We purchased a Groupon voucher that morning. Customer service was excellent both at the register, and by our waitress. We had a pitcher of water and cups delivered, as soon as we sat down at the lane. She checked on us frequently. The giant pizza was really good too! A manger even stopped by to see how we were doing.
I had the best waiter she served me and my buddies and even kept checking on us Keeley showed us true hospitality and respect i recommend her to anyone that likes smiles and cheerfulness
