The staff was AMAZING! My family felt so comfortable ans relaxed..i jabw a disabled child and they went above and beyond...definetly will return..btw our waitress was on top of things making sure we knew she was there for us..love it

The staff are very welcoming. However, I won't let my kids play laser tag again during when it's busy. Not enough supervision. The staff did say they will look at changing their procedures. Boys were cursing at the girls and my 11 year old was surrounded and ganged up on. A group of three or four boys even followed him out and kept calling out to him. Not cool.
Brittany and Christian were amazing on our visit. They were both patient and caring something went wrong they did their best to fix it as quick as possible I also have an autistic nephew so these two people made our trip the very best.
This is a great place for families. Bowling, arcades, laser tag, giant pizza, good food, happy hour, special events, great service!

We had the best time great for party's and family fun
We went to pins and pockets as a family out after everything thats happened in our lives over the past few months. We had the best time and the best service. Ashley took care of us when we walked in the door and set us up with a great server Lisa who went above and beyond. Vanessa and Pins and Pockets our family is for lever grateful and thank you from the bottom of our heart for giving us a break feom our reality over the last severl months.
I had my prom here yesterday and it was fun. The staff was most hospitable and the facilities were great!
