Throughout my pregnancy, this office has repeatedly shown poor management and a lack of patient-centered care. As an AMA patient, they required additional appointments, ultrasounds, and testing but refused to provide FMLA documentation that reflected those requirements, instead relying on a blanket policy. For a doctor-only procedure, I arrived early and waited over an hour between the waiting room and exam room before being told it was canceled because the doctor was called away to deliver a baby. While I understand emergen... read more

They never answer their phones or you sit waiting forever, definitely don’t call before 9 am (even though they’re open at 8) or after 3 (they close at 4) because you just automatically get sent to an answering machine as well and then hope you can answer their call when they call you which will probably be at their lunch time so when you call back, no one is there either. Half of the front desk girls always seem to have an attitude(IF they answer and when you show up to appointments). If my OB didn’t sell their practice to c... read more

I would not recommend this office to anyone. While trying to establish care for a high-risk twin pregnancy, an appointment I had with a different OB/GYN office was canceled without my knowledge or consent. I later confirmed that the cancellation came from this office, which the other office stated should not have happened. I was never notified or given an explanation, and I have had difficulty reaching anyone to address it. Interfering with a patient’s ability to access prenatal care—especially in a high-risk pregnancy—is ex... read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. My sister is a current patient there and literally EVERYTIME she goes up there , there’s an issue. Everyone from the receptionist to nurses to dieticians to doctors are super rude. Good thing her pregnancy is almost up. Upper management really needs to get a grip on their staff. It’s disgusting how they are.

Disclaimer: I am not pregnant and can't speak on OB care. I'm surprised by the negative reviews because they are completely the opposite of what I experienced. All of the staff were great. Front desk staff was a bit distracted/unfocused, but polite, and they're figuring out a new computer system so I understand. Rani, the nurse/assistant? was so friendly with great bedside manner; she made me feel comfortable when seeing a GYN normally stresses me out. And then Lauren Romberger, the PA, was so understanding and respectful. S... read more
