If I could give 0 stars I would. My sister is a current patient there and literally EVERYTIME she goes up there , there’s an issue. Everyone from the receptionist to nurses to dieticians to doctors are super rude. Good thing her pregnancy is almost up. Upper management really needs to get a grip on their staff. It’s disgusting how they are.
Disclaimer: I am not pregnant and can't speak on OB care. I'm surprised by the negative reviews because they are completely the opposite of what I experienced. All of the staff were great. Front desk staff was a bit distracted/unfocused, but polite, and they're figuring out a new computer system so I understand. Rani, the nurse/assistant? was so friendly with great bedside manner; she made me feel comfortable when seeing a GYN normally stresses me out. For most part getting prenatal check ups was fine and having sure everything was good. After I found out that the clinic made up a false medical report that I had four pregnancy’s and abortions, which isn’t true at all I never been to any hospitals regarding any of abortions or late term miscarriages so that was false lie and hiding it after finding out and I told the hospital nurse that was false not true at all. Most places have the courtesy of asking if they plan to run an expensive test that might not be fully covered by insurance. This place did not do that and now I'm stuck with a massive bill that was not at all expected. I would absolutely steer clear of any place that doesn't care about their patients enough to keep them out of medical debt.
Was easy to schedule an appointment, nurses were lovely. Dr. Mullen aimed to thoroughly educate me on options for pain management and birth control, and was considerate to my concerns
