Most places have the courtesy of asking if they plan to run an expensive test that might not be fully covered by insurance. This place did not do that and now I'm stuck with a massive bill that was not at all expected. I would absolutely steer clear of any place that doesn't care about their patients enough to keep them out of medical debt.
Was easy to schedule an appointment, nurses were lovely. Dr. Mullen aimed to thoroughly educate me on options for pain management and birth control, and was considerate to my concerns
Don't bother with this place they never answer the phone
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The only reason I started using this office was because Dr Bakare is now working here, however, only 1 day a week so I can’t see him anyways. First the office people messed up my appt. Then the resident dr I seen talked fast and over me, rushing me and was extremely rude. Gave me medicine she told me to dose one way in office, when I picked up script it said another way. Couldnt finish meds, was making me lathargic, called office more than once. I normally don’t even give reviews I just move on with my life but this deserves a review! It’s so very unfortunate that Dr. Barake is with upmc and doesn’t have his own practice because these unprofessional ladies in here definitely put a bad taste in my mouth.
