By far the friendliest staff across the board! From urgent care, to the O.R. the staff is remarkable! I have never had an experience at a hospital like this. If I have a say in where I go, I will choose Pinnacle EVERY TIME!
This hospital surpasses any other between the Drs and caring staff! That's on every level from being admitted to inpatient to signing release paperwork! Top notch service quality and care
This hospital has the best staff i have ever seen. All the doctors, nurses, and staff are the most helpful and friendly i have ever seen at a hospital. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I just had back surgery and i can honestly say that the staff here has gotten me through it. I want thank everyone here for all of their hard work.

Took my wife to the Urgent Care last night. Staff was very friendly, courteous and accommodating! The Dr was friendly, informative and funny! Wait and total visit time was less than an hour...would definitely go there again!
I didn't have to wait long in the waiting room. My x-rays were back right away. Dr. And staff, were GREAT !! Treated me like a person !! I will always go here from now on!!
