My experience was awesome. Great place and great care. Everything was done 123. No problems no issues. Definitely would go back and recommend others to go.
I would like to say thank you to all the staff OR staff my nurses and CNA'S thank you for putting up with me, I just never have had a major painful surgery ever. So thank you all including Dr. KUTCHARZYK, DR.PIERCE, DR CHUMAN THANK YOU FOR CONTROLLING MY PAIN.
First time there with my husband appointment at 1:30 the time is now 3:15 and still haven't seen anyone , everybody else that came in after us has gone through already. SMDH
Pinnacle Hospital is a small hospital, owned by doctors. My experience there was very nice. The nurses are friendly, caring. If I asked the nurse for water or pain pill, she was back right away. I didn't have to wait 1/2 an hour like some hospitals I know. The rooms are very nice. The beds were very comfortable. But one thing I didn't like was the choices of food they offer. The staff was outstanding they wanted to make sure I was comfortable at all times they were constantly checking on me and making sure the medication was what was needed to help control the immense amount of pain I was in
The Doctor's and staff are so nice and patient with my mom. So far it has been an amazing experience for staying in a hospital.
