RecommendedI have a small procedure completed and I had to stay overnight. The nurse staff was amazing.
Their billing department stinks! They are rude and will not let you speak to a supervisor. They bill you for a visit in 2018 and then tell you that you owe more money from a visit that you paid for but you are wrong and they are right. Will NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN FOR URGENT CARE!!!
The only good thing I can say is the staff is very friendly. I had a mammogram almost a month ago and still can’t get the results from pinnacle. First it was one excuse, now it’s another. It’s very frustrating to know there is something there but it’s unclear what it is when you don’t know if you need to move forward or if it’s nothing entirely. Especially given that breast cancer runs in my family. I will never be returning and I’ll advise anyone not to go there.

came in for a physical at 2:30pm and didn't get done until 5pm that is sad
Dr. Bleza and everyone else at Pinnacle was so nice and helpful during my gallbladder surgery last year. Would highly recommend!
