Great People doing Great Job – The guys at Pinnacle are very friendly and helpful. The service was excellent and completed on time with no worries. They even discovered another small problem and fixed it for FREE. They have been taking care of my car for 5 years and I wouldn't take it anywhere else.
Best automotive shop in Philly and beyond! – Pinnacle's expertise and service are outstanding. As someone who's owned Alfa Romeos and now a Saab, finding a shop of this quality is rare--they know what they're doing and they take care of their clients. Great service and great value--they are an exemplary auto shop.
Could not ask for better quality service – When we moved to Philly a few years ago, we were worried about finding a mechanic for our car since we had always gone to the dealer before. Based on a reference we went to Pinnacle and we could not be happier. They are honest guys who do great work. Nice waiting room and prompt service – Old-fashion, friendly service like you rarely see any more! I went in for my PA inspection and they topped all my fluids, checked my tires and had me on my way in less than a hour.

Consistently great service – I have been bringing my car to Pinnacle for over three years - ever since I moved to Philadelphia - and have always been impressed with the service and the professionalism of everyone there. Highly Recommended – The check engine light recently came on in my car. I brought my car to the service department at my car dealer who told me that my car needed a new engine. I was shocked since it was a relatively new car. I called Pinnacle to get their opinion since they had looked over my car before I took it to the dealer. They said to bring it in and they would take a look. Pinnacle took the extra time to inspect the problem with my car and was able to repair my car without a new engine. don't go here – i would advise that you find another mechanic. not only did they force me to buy new tires that i didn't need yet by failing me for inspection (i had just had my car looked over before i moved here and was told i would need new tires eventually, but not yet), then when i came back to get my car re-inspected, they took their time and intentionally made me wait instead of just popping out to see the new tire despite the fact that i had called ahead and they said there wouldn't be a wait. i think they failed me ... read more
