So -I think I found my new neighborhood mechanic! – So - I think I just found my new neighborhood mechanic! My car has been acting funky and deciding to not turn on out of the blue (I thought it was just because it was sick of me driving it to work on the weekends...I mean who works the weekends?!?) Be careful if you go there after reading their good reviews – I was impressed by the reviews, I went there for a problem in my car. After their inspection I was asked more than 800 dollars for replacing some parts (whose market price is less than 200$ in total). The labor cost was almost 400$ for less than 2 hours work. I rejected their proposal (accepting to lose only 57$ instead of several hundreds). Best of Philly Indeed!!!! – Ive been meaning to post this review for a while but havent had the time recently, but here it goes! I can not recommend highly enough a better place to take your car for any type of service be it mechanical or auto body. Wow im impressed – My car broke down on me 2 days ago after going through a car wash (or at least I thought it broke down), called AAA and we couldn't get it started. After reading Google reviews and on the recommendation of the tow truck driver, I called Pinnacle Automotive. Even though they closed at 5:30 and it was 6, the receptionist was SUPER nice and said don't worry, bring it right in. thank you pinnacle – Thank you to the staff at Pinnacle Automotive for excellent service. My family and I were heading toward Philadelphia for a weekend trip from out of state during the Chritmas holidays, when our Moutaineer began shaking violently. We were able to make it to your service center in the late morning. Simply the best!!! PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!!! – I had a wonderful experience at Pinnacle Automotive AGAIN! I purchased a 2003 Certified Honda Accord in 2007 and took it to Pinnacle for the inspection and repairs, and this year I bought another Accord but the 2012 model and did the same. Dennis and Mark were great to work with. THESE GUYS ROCK! – What else can i say these guys rock!!!!! Pinnacle has always given me the best service at great prices. You can try shopping around yourself and you'll see what i mean they use quality parts and are still able to be competitive with other shops and most of the time beat their prices and you know you arent getting ripped off with shody parts and bad workmanship. I would give pinnacle 5 stars these guys are the best. Thanks guys for always being the best around!!!
