Mechanic Crooks. – Is it possible to give zero stars to a place? Honest-Courteous-Great Shop! – I highly recommend this shop! As a women going to an automotive shop I am aware some shop owners may try to rip me off. Not these guys. They do great work and don't try to sell me on "other parts" that are not needed. I found them after I left Good Year auto on Oregan Ave. Good Year tried to charge me 7x the amount that Pinnacle charged. Pinnacle was honest and told me the parts where not needed. I was exhausted from so many greedy sneaky repair shops – I used to dread looking for a mechanic, I've had several terrible experiences in the past both in Philly and in other cities, it's a nightmare wondering if you're being ripped off. I have been going to Pinnacle ever since I moved back to Philadelphia over a year ago and I found them via online reviews. They made some major repairs on my car last year and when my car started having the same problems I took it back to them and they fixed it under warranty. I was shocked that they didn't charge me a thing and they were so professional and courteous! I love Pinnacle and would never even think about taking my car anywhere else! Thanks Guys! Great first experience – I went in today for the first time and had a very positive experience. It was only an oil change but everyone was so courteous and friendly and they finished quickly. It is best to make an appointment.

Almost Brand New Car – I just brought a 94' Pontiac Grand AM that couldn't go 40 mph hard if I put my foot to the floor. Went in got a tune-up and some other stuff you ask them. Man if you know what this car is you know what it can do, man my car is a horse now. Thanks Pinnacle
