This place is TERRIBLE. The manager is NEVER there. She is either not on the property or hanging out with her mom who lives there. There are bugs. The price is Sky High for the area. When I went out there and talked to some residents I found out that it takes sometimes 2 weeks to fix a problem. I found out that trees fall on cars of the residents and the pinnicale DOES NOT CARE nor do they PAY for it. They say its your fault for parking there and they had no idea the trees were dead even though over 50% of them are...If you ... read more
