If I could give them a cero I would, front desk was super disrespectful when I called to make an appointment and when I asked to speak to a supervisor he didn’t find her disrespectful at all and hang up the phone on me. This place should have better customer service and nicer people. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Instead of helping you and relaxing you , you will be more stressed once you get there. CERO STARS
Absolutely disappointing experience. I bought a Groupon voucher in September and called to schedule a massage, as indicated on the Groupon page to tell them I’ve bought through Groupon, I was put on hold for 45min on hold, and then then they booked me for November 25th. And not so friendly reminded me if I want to reschedule I’ll be charged, if canceled I’d be charged… Just don’t offer your services on Groupon if you’re treating customers like this. Had appointment at 9am and I showed up 5mins in advanced, the old guy as therapist didnt let me in to wait inside, asked me to wait outside til the appointment time. Not really nice for first impression here and not a nice welcome to your customers. Beyond that, Amanda was great and professional doing her job there.
