Let me start off by saying WOW! The staff is very professional. Doctor Karen Malcolm-Griffith is awesome. I took my son and daughter at her office today, November 11, 2022, and I really admired how she sanitized every single thing multiple times. She sanitized the glasses, everything that she touches and the patient touches. She washed her hands frequently. I would highly recommend Pines Family Eye Care. You will not regret it. A warm and pleasant atmosphere. Thank you all!!!!

I absolutely loved my experience at Pines Family Eye Care! The staff was so nice and helpful! The doctor took time and really checked my eyes! I loved their Covid-19 precautions. My glasses arrived quickly and they are amazing!! Thank you!
This is my first google review ever . I had my first eye exam with Dr.Griffith and i am super pleased with the service I received. I can admit I was nervous because I didn’t know what to expect but Lena & Dr.Griffith made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Everything was explained to me throughly I didn’t wait long at all (huge pet peeve) they cleaned everything on from of me and my appointment was not rushed nor did I feel pressured to spend funds .1000% pleased.
