RecommendedI just stayed at the staypineapple in Chicago. Such a neat place! The bedding was so comfortable, they gave us free popcorn and cookies, and it's dog friendly. I also forgot something in my room and they mailed it to me!! Can't say enough how wonderful the hotel and staff are.
This charming hotel is fabulous! I’ve stayed twice and personal service is exceptional..not even requested. Staff overheard us saying we would miss the free cupcakes and they were in our room when we returned. Front desk saw it was a 60th birthday and champagne 🍾 magically appears. The bedding is heaven. Pillows, robes, individual comforters I love having the bathroom supplies being environmentally conscious. I’m going to book another visit soon.
The room and bathroom were smaller than many we have stayed in but....there was a lot of great in smaller!!!! Bed was comfortable, everything was clean, beyond pet friendly!!!!!! and staff was amazing!!!! One of our top 5s of all time!!!
First experience with Staypineapple was two separate single night stays at The Maxwell Hotel in Seattle ... wonderful experience! Kudos to staff and management!!!
Amazingly pet friendly!!! They provided doggie treats, dishes for food and water and, no joke, they came to our room with a DOG BED for our puppy!
The staff at University Inn was the best especially I was traveling with my kids.
A great hotel. loved the staff, our room and the breakfast/snack times. will stay at this hotel again!
There was no way to cool off our room. No A/C unit or fan, and the windows only cracked open about 4 inches, and even then they were blocked by the curtains, which had to be wide open in order to get even a sliver of the open window usable. It made for a very muggy, uncomfortable night, even though it was below 50 outside. The restaurant was great, and all the employees were very friendly. Best place I’ve stayed in a long time! Amazing bedding and phenomenal staff! Rooms are clean and comfy too!
