I can't say enough about Jody & her knowledge of the area! As a first time snowshoe-er, I was nervous about getting lost. She had terrific suggestions and advice on where to go and what to see! Kudos to her for being reliable, friendly and helpful! We did trails to both Tumalo Falls and Miessner Snow Hut during our trip to Bend for our 20th anniversary. We will definitely be back during other seasons to pick her brain for warm weather adventures! Thank you Jody for adding to our amazing vacation!

The folks at Pine Mountain did a great job selling us the right bike for our 14 year old son, training him how to ride it and repairing it during his numerous mis-adventures. I couldn't be more pleased with sales and repair. They are exceptional!
Simply the best outdoor shop in town. If you need anything, they have it and will set you up.
Their knowledgable staff team have kept us playing as a family. I am grateful for the leadership and heart this establishment has for our city. Thank you for being an amazing example of how a business should run.

Recently Pine Mountain Sports helped me to test a Santa Cruz 5010. They did everything humanly possible to accommodate my schedule, and I ended up riding Paco’s personal bike for a day. I got the bike the night before perfectly adjusted to my personal needs. When I returned it a day later Paco spent half a hour answering all my questions, discussing my observations, and teaching me bike maintenance tricks. Best customer experience possible! Thank you so much.
