I was in the area for a couple days and they hooked me up with the perfect bike for my ability, tuned to my size. Great prices for 24hr rental! Also gave me local knowledge, no hassles, super helpful and friendly, highly recommended!!!
Everything about this shop is geared to encourage new romances with fun stuff! Mind you, outdoor sports can be pretty pricey, but these folks even make you feel better about some of those reservations! I worked with the Pine Mountain staff over the past few months to demo a few different bikes and eventually purchase one for myself, And the entire experience was pleasant from end to end. Ed and Dan have spent hours working with me to make sure I find the right ski boot, even if I end up buying it elsewhere (only because they may not carry the boot that I need). They are excellent listeners and so friendly. Pine Mountain Sports does so much for the local community and supports a number of nonprofits. You get what you pay for and it's worth spending your money here.
