RecommendedOn a recent trip to Bend a bearing in my Hope rear hub on my mountain bike exploded. Pine Mountain was able to fix the problem and I was back to riding in less than 30 minutes. And the very next day my friends rear shock needed a rebuild which they also had done in less than an hour. I’ve always used Pine Mountain on bike trips to Bend for a few bike rentals and other small purchases, this was my first time needing the service staff and they easily exceeded any expectations I had.

Excellent service from knowledgeable and friendly people. We test rode several bikes and made an informed and fun purchase. Great community support and engagement by the staff along with local ride sugggestions. We will be back.
