Pine Mountain Sports is not only a GREAT provider of bicycles, outdoor gear and cross country skis and snowshoes, their employees are knowledgeable and friendly even to novices! And they care about our community!
My husband and I have been in multiple times to Pine Mountain Sports. We have gotten everything from tune ups, clothing, various outdoor gear, shopped for bikes, and purchased AT boots (our most recent venture to PMS.) Every time we come here we are welcomed by their friendly staff who are always enthusiastically ready to help. Other shops in town, it seems like the staff could care less that you walked in the door (some places we have been flat-out ignored! Had a great experience recently at Pine Mountain Sports. Great service, great communication and overall an awesome experience. My lower chain stay cracked on Saturday and they were able to find parts and get me back on the trail in less than 2 days! Granted, I hit some lucky breaks with parts availability but the staff at PM did a fantastic job communicating with me on the progress, costs, time and what to expect through this process. Great fast service. The sales is very accommodating and detail oriented even with the small stuff ie a Bell n Pedals...they also did a price match on a Race face tailgate pad fo me.
