Stopped in and Mark patiently kept working on my wife's front shifter until it worked well - Excellent customer service Mark. Then after losing my back wheel & bending my rotor, Bree worked long and hard (for free) and got it good for another day! She was fantastic. The customer service by both was exceptional - well beyond what was expected. We'll be back. Too bad you don't sell Cyclocross. You guys are great!

Pine Mountain Sports I tried to buy cross country boots here for my daughter and found they really didn't offer a very good selection of beginner to intermediate level of boots for her. Staff was not very helpful and really didn't want to recommend somewhere else.
