Great customer service from the initial phone call to picking up and dropping off my rental bike! Awesome location also, I was able to ride to Phils trailhead from the store.
I can't imagine going anywhere else for a bike. The crew at Pine Mountain Sports treat you like family and are total outdoor freaks - which I LOVE!
Scott Peterson and myself, Julie Cutts had a string of bad luck yesterday with flats. We had our deep dish wheels on and Scott ended up flatting. We had a repair kit , but no extensions, so I went to Pine to get a tube. They didn't have a 90mm stem so they offer to get Scott in the car as I rode back to our shop. I have been riding seriously for over 30 years. I find it surprising that I have done business with Dan and his crew for small things and repairs but never for a bike. I have always been extremely happy with all my dealings with them. Until now ...can the Happy meter go higher than extremely happy?! The care and consideration they took with me and my new bike is over the top. They get an 11. Love these guys. Thanks Dan for making my dealings with you and your crew flawless and fun!
