We visited the dealership to buy a Crosstrek. We were met immediately by Jim who took us on a lengthy test drive - which was appreciated because we could really get a handle for how the car drives. They were completely accommodating, something we are not used to at dealerships. We've had some bad experiences but this one was the complete opposite.
