We mentioned during the test drive that the heater blower was not working properly. Before we even got into the truck, we were told that they go over all used vehicles completely and replace or repair whatever is needed before the vehicle gets sold. This comes with a charge to the buyer of $795. We were told by our salesman that he would have it looked at again. I have visited this dealership twice and on the second time I bought a used Subaru . Geovannie the sales man and Bill the sales manager went the extra mile to work with me to fit the car in a tight budget . I had a very good experience the first time and that's why I went back a second time to buy the used car . I would recommend both the sales man and the sales manager and when I am in the market again I will visit Pinebelt Subaru again.

We had a great experience. Jim our salesperson was straightforward, honest, and very knowledgeable. He went the extra mile for us. Plus the dealer demonstrated integrity, and the whole experience was smooth and efficient. And I love my new car!!!!!!!!!

I traveled from CT to visit Pine Belt Subaru in Lakewood, NJ. Jim Pfister kindly greeted me when I walked in and was very helpful and patient with helping me test drive three cars. He was not pushy and was very well informed about the cars. Jamie Palazzo, who managed the financing, was straightforward and easy to deal with. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience at the dealership. It was my first experience buying a car so I was skeptical at first.

After visiting another local Subaru dealership that was not very helpful we found Pine Belt Subaru. David Walter listened to us and helped us find the right car to meet our needs. He was very knowledgeable in all the cars he showed us. Not only was David a great salesman but the entire staff was friendly and very welcoming.
