My wife has a 2016 Impreza and we are not impressed. We have been stuck now for the fifth time I’ve had to jumpstart this junk. Service said they have fixed it but I doubht it. Battery dead again on 7/11/18 it is now the 14th and no one has been here to pick up and install new battery. They said they would be here the 11th to pick it up. Must have lost our address. There service is absolutely HORRIBLE.
Salesman will be very friendly and do a lot and say a lot to gain trust (typical). Salesman said he had never heard of the Subaru Guaranteed Trade-In Program (GTP): http://www.subaru.com/finance-center/guaranteed-trade-in-program/index.html They will try to give you less than the (GTP) for your Subaru trade-in. I mentioned when I went to buy my new car that I received a letter from Subaru saying my car was worth more than what they were offering, and the salesman brushed it off as "marketing".
