I had been searching for a new/used vehicle to replace my current car when i came across pine belt who had a 2013 Subaru Impreza 2.0i 5 speed manual. things got hectic when the vehicle I had come to purchase (from an internet search) couldn't be found on the lot. I had made an appointment to come and see the vehicle, and I had been in contact with the internet sales department (Alyson) and the manager, John about my visit. This is our 3rd car bought from Matt Mazza, 2 bought at the same time in March 2011 and one of those traded up to a newer model this time. Matt is very easy to work with, explaining all our questions and more. He negotiated extremely well with us and we were very happy with the price after trading in a car we'd only bought (from him at Pine Belt) 24 months ago.

Overall a great experience. Bill Brand is a knowledgable professional who helped us throught the entire process. You hear about bad experiences when buying a car. Pine Belt Subaru breaks that stereotype. Everyone was friendly helpful and accomodating.

My wife and I were looking for a pre-owned car after the Hurricane claimed hers. I met Jason at a store and he had overheard us talking about our negative dealership experiences in the past, and offered his services. Best experience from any dealer. Finance manager was forthright and showed integrity. No sales pressure, honest approach and friendly and quite professional in each area of this dealership. General Manager was exceptional.
