Beware of this dealership, this is the worst car buying expierence I have ever had. The manager Eric is not to be trusted at all. Please just buy your car anywhere but Pinebelt you will save yourself a lot of money, and avoid the shady dealings of this dealership.
Vin helped me get a great deal on a brand new 2013 forester. He explained the entire car top to bottom. The entire staff was very friendly and easy to work with. I will definitely be coming back here for my next Subaru!!
Matt Mazza was wonderful he made the buying experience very pleasurable and easy with a little hiccup in the deal he and John managed to get me in my new truck and I left the dealership a very happy person. Customer service is the best. I had a small problem and EVERYBODY pitched in the help. Service is the key I will buy another care from them. Jamie is a true manager and he took my problem to the top and was able to make me very happy. Here at Pine Belt the Customer IS always right.
I went to Pinebelt to look at some certified cars following an internet search; I was treated in an above average manner that exceeded my expectations. This is my 3rd Forester from this dealership. I intended to swap my 2013 Forester for a 2015 but pricing the new vehicle and financing presented a problem. The deal was made when Dave Mitchell, sales mgr. explained the options and cost of financing the purchase of a new Forester versus the leasing of the vehicle for 3 years. With his explanation a lease agreement was executed.
