These guys did a great job getting us the price we needed, and even went a step farther to find us another discount when their red tape affected the military rebate. We worked with Slay and Melvin. Would definitely go back to them, since they had the respect for our military guys in our community and made sure my retired veteran husband got the rebate he needed. Thanks guys!

Took my Jeep there because Goodyear couldn’t fix it. Had it towed, paid the bs diagnostic fee and they were guessing at the issue. They “fixed” it 3 times. The 4th time I did what I should of done at the beginning, called Phillips Car care. They had it fixed and my Jeep was done in a few hours. Come to find out it was the starter, pretty basic I would say. Its Sad a Jeep place can’t even fix a Jeep with a starter issue. Makes me wonder if the $300 I spent on parts even needed to be changed. I no longer recommend this place to anyone. I recently took my 2016 Jeep Renegade to get the oil changed and some kinks taken care of. They kept it for a work week and I still had problems after picking it up. They said they replaced my airbag sensor on my passenger side, which they did BUT left everything unplugged and loose. I took to Kim’s in Laurel and they found every wire loose or unplugged in my door and under my seat causing my airbag sensor, speaker and window to not work. We absolutely loved our experience with Pine Belt! As everyone knows, sometimes car shopping can be so much trouble and you feel like the dealer is trying to pull a fast one on you....
