The entire service department here is nothing less than phenomenal! Anna at the front desk was extremely kind in making me aware of the status of my vehicle. I had brought in my Challenger RT in due to a noise in the back rear of the vehicle. From the time I first came in til the time work was completed, this entire staff was was kind and professional! Anna is a true asset to your company and Mr. Robert in the parts department is top notch! You all have been very kind, and I appreciate you!
I brought my family's 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan here last summer, where it spent three months. The problem was the brakes felt soft and spongy. I was given an estimate of over $2000 to fix the brakes. The brakes had been serviced here less than two years prior but they would not honor the Mopar two year warranty. Josh Dickinson that work in the service department is rude and disrespectful. My son is a Graduate student at William Carey University his car stopped on him he had it towed to this dealership. After paying over $800.00 his car stopped again. Josh who is in the service department was very rude and disrespectful. They don’t care about their customers safety
