Level of service received was worst experience I’ve had, and I’ve owned Chrysler Jeep vehicles since 1983. Inaccurate and lack of honest communication was demonstrated by several service team members. And to top it off, in the midst of Covid pandemic and state mandate to wear mask- NO ONE, working there wore a mask- NO ONE.
