Our family went on a mini vacation to the beach. On the way back, our truck had some issues, in the middle of nowhere. We had it towed back to Pine Belt Dodge. We were missing work and had to get a room in Hattiesburg, until we could get on the road again. We let them know the situation that we were in, and they worked hard to get us back on the road. Today, my wife and I found not one but TWO vehicles we had to have. While I decided to trade in my diesel truck, we bought a half ton truck and a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The staff made the transition easy and fast. We couldn’t be happier!
I was traveling through the area, still a long ways from home, and a wheel bearing went out on my truck. As soon as it came off the tow truck, Jason Sinclair in the service department had it pulled in the shop and being diagnosed. Was back on the road in a few hours. Thanks Jason!!
Bought a truck there a couple years ago and a Jeep yesterday. They’ve got a guy there named Jason Sinclair that’s over the service department now and he’s a winner. He knows jeeps upside down and backwards and is a solid guy. I’ve owned Jeep’s since I was 16 years old (56 now) and this is the first time I’ve felt good about a service department working on my Jeep’s.
My wife and I were headed to Biloxi on vacation when my 2015 Ram truck shut down in us the first day driving down from Arkansas. Had the truck towed to Pine Belt service that night. Called the service department next day and got Jason Sinclair. Explaining our issue. Although the entire staff is very helpful and professional, Melvin Harris is THE best salesman hands down!!! His customer service is by far the best and he make sure you’re getting exactly what you want. If you’re purchasing a vehicle from here ask for Melvin I promise you will not be disappointed.!!!
I had a scheduled appointment last week and when I arrived the service department told me that I would need to reschedule because all of their technicians were in class. This bothered me but when I arrived today they went out of their way to make sure that I was in on time and were very professional in their service and conduct. I have heard that your service department have had some complaints, in the past, about the way that they conducted business but I would recommend them to anyone.
