McMullan Motors SUCKS!!!! No loyalty all bout money specialty Drew the son.. He don't give a fuck bout a customer, will walk pass you want say hey are anything like you invisible. . I was promise the first demon selling it to me for sticker price, then time to purchase it, they go behind my back and sells it to the highest bidder at private auction.... Some one needs to buy the Dodge dealership and fire the OWNERS

We brought an used car from them and Dewayne was our salesmen. He promised us the moon from the beginning and when we purchased none of it was done. I confronted him about the promises and he denied ever saying it. When I went to management about it they basically said I was lying cuz Dewayne is a model employee and never would lie to us. Bought a used tahoe from them. Had issue with tpms sensors that needed to be fixed. A little miscommunication with the issue but all was resolved! Big thanks to Drew!!
Do not buy a car from these people. Six months down the road you'll be back in paying another 800 dollars to get things fixed that should have been taken care of before it was sold. I don't know how these people sleep at night. I've never been more dissatisfied with a car or customer service in my life. They lost the only good thing they had when Jason left.
I notice that my oil cover was hanging out and all it needed was someone to screw it back. I was close to McMullen service and needed some help. The guy at the service desk told me everyone at the back are on lunch and will only be back in 30 mins. It was 12:54pm today. And it needed to be lifted...I'm a paying customer my jeep is still under warranty...I could have done it myself if he would have given me the screwdriver ..instead he told me no one is at the back to look at it.
