I have had the worst experience with this company. They will cite you for your grass being a little high with very threatening messages. Yet when you call to report an issue very little is done to address the problems. We have loitering issues, fences that need to be powered washed due to the dirt built up. Cops showing up to cite cars parked on the street. The neighborhood appeal has gone down severely because basic cosmetic issues have not been addressed. I am frustrated and angry. Worst property management ever, they are quick to collect your annual dues but don't manage common areas very well(they leave grass grow very tall), they don't enforce policy to homeowners leading to community/subdivision looking like trash .. they manage from a far , staff barely visit our community (point of amber ridge ) and when you call to report issues it takes them forever to act on it and take care of the problem.. I wish we could fire them ..
