I changed jobs and needed to change insurance companies. I called them to see which insurances they took and they sent me a list. I selected one OFF THEIR LIST and notified them. They say they never received notification of my change, that they don't take the insurance (that I got OFF THE LIST THEY PROVIDED ME) and then charged me $715.00 for cleanings for my kids. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS!

We went to Dr. Pincock after reading all the rave reviews and we were not disappointed. My daughter (2.5yr) had a great first dental experience. Somehow Dr. Pincock and his assistant, Ms. Tina (who did the cleaning afterwards) magically convinced my daughter to be super (and willingly) cooperative - she actually had fun and wanted to go back. Now we cannot scare her into brushing teeth using the dentist trick!

my child had a cleaning and a routine check up.the whole visit was painless from making the appt. to paying the bill. very reasonable rates and excellent service.i would recommend to everyone.

I went to Dr. Pincock as a child. When I had my own children, I heard that he was still in practice. I took my children to see him and he was as good as I remembered. He is ver thorough, and doesn't perform uncecessary procedures. I have no problem recommending him.

My family & I have been going to Dr. Pincock for years and I wouldn't consider going elsewhere. He and his staff have always been great. The prices are very reasonable. The office is very kid friendly ...my kids actually LIKE going to the dentist!!

I took my son to Dr Pincock based on the ratings here. They were all very nice. It was odd going to a house for the service (never did that before) but once inside it looked like any other dentist office. This was my son's first visit to a dentist and I was very nervous. But they made him feel comfortable and gave him sunglasses to wear while they worked. He thought that was the coolest. When I told Dr Pincock we found him thru Dr Oogle he was surprised. He heard people talk about it but had no idea what this site was about or that he had a good rating. They are very focused on the kids and what makes them comfortable. I was more then pleased and we will go back again next year.
