I don't know what we would have done the past 2 years without the Pill Box and all the wonderful people that work there. When my husband got cancer and all of a sudden meds took over our lives. The only place that had all his meds and went above and beyond to get any unusual meds within 24 hours and then to top it off actually care, ask questions, answer 100 questions and even walk the store with you to get the right vitamins. For years we have been getting our pets Eddie and Emma's prescriptions filled at the Pembroke Pines location.
Steve and his entire staff are the best ever. They go above and beyond. Had a problem with my husbands prescription and Steve and Rebecca were able to sort it out. And of course, the best customer service from Ivette. And Taylor and Julio showed me new inventory yo keep me busy. Love my Pill Box Pharmacy.
I'm a local Realtor and had to dispose of 2 boxes of unused sharps that we found left in an empty apartment. I wanted to dispose of them properly but no-one could help me - I tried the manufacturer, Costco, CVS, Walgreens, City of Pembroke Pines Waste Recycling (!!!), and the Fire Department who suggested I contact Pill Box. I don"t have the words to express how wonderful my experience was at The Pill Box. All I can say is you just have to go because what you need is there and if not they will get it or what ever they have to do to please you as their customer. Excellent employees and excellent service always. I rate them 10+. Pill Box is the place to go. Don"t forget to visit the Pill Box you will never regret it. Good job Pill Box owner and emoyees.
Lauren is the best in the Pharmacy, and Manny is the best with Medical supplies!!! Everyone there is very nice.
