RecommendedI have been coming to Pill Box for a few years now. Each time I come, Ivette is so incredibly helpful and gives each customer her undivided attention. She is very knowledgeable and kind hearted. A few years ago I came there in need of help for my daughters terrible eczema outbreaks on her hand. These rashes were so bad that they would bleed. I recently called your Pembroke Pines pharmacy wanting to have a prescription refilled. I had no refills left. Ali helped me, went above and beyond, contacted my doctor, faxed their office and got the refill for me. I was very impressed and very appreciative of this young man. Thank you again, Ali.
Well, my Neurosurgeon tells me that I need to use a vertebrae traction device. He tells me not to buy an expensive unit and get one online from like Amazon. I decide to come into the Pill Box. I'm asked if I have a prescription. Ah, no I don't, well you need one to buy it. So I leave go online fine Walmart them, deliver to the store for 1/2 of what the Pill Box charges. So they get 3 stars because they had it but not 5 because, well who do you think is wrong, Walmart and the Dr. or the Pill Box?
On Christmas my mother-in-law fell and broke her arm and fractured her foot. This made getting up from a chair impossible. The next day it was Pill Box Pharmacy much like the Lone Ranger to the rescue. I went to the Pill Box off Flamingo and Taft St. looking to rent a lift chair. They did not have any there to rent but got on the phone to the other Pill Boxes to see who did. Like magic the one on Pines Blvd. had one. After so many years of being in pain and being prescribed now what is working for me, I am thrilled with this pharmacy. After a paperwork nightmare with the transition of my old to my new doctor, I could have been left with no medicine. Instead of that happening, this pharmacist (aware of the horrible suffering I would have gone through) made sure that did not happen. I have never felt such warmth, care and concern from any other pharmacy. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
