Very efficient and offered a complimentary car wash
I went to go see Gary Scott at Crown Acura and he really helped me find a car. I came in on a rainy measurable day and by the time I left I had a car in hand. Much thanks to Gary and the Acura staff for making this happen!

Once again this being the 6th Acura I have leased from Crown, I received outstanding service. Jason Hoffman was very knowledgeable and thankfully walked me through and set up several of the new features for me. Services at crown Acura are exceptional. Their service representative personnel are friendly and quite professional. I personally like to thanks John Shaw, whom I have had worked with on several occasions (recalls and repairs) and he always takes care of the job professionally and honestly and treat me as a customer with care and respect. I am comfortable with him and would recommend him to any car Acura owner.
I had a very pleasant experience at Crown Acura. The sales person, Ryan Sanders was very patient and knowledgeable, test drove the car with me a couple of times, and never pushed the sale like what we have unfortunately come to expect at car dealerships. They also gave me a good price for a 2015 Acura TLX. I would recommend Crown Acura dealership to anyone. - Abhay
