Had a routine service visit at Crown Acura which was handled by a very polite and knowledgable service manager by the name of Brian Bennett. Compared to the service we get in Canada, which is handled at the Honda dealer BTW, the service here was excellent. The price of $38 and change for synthetic oil change is amazing! If I return to Florida next winter and require service I'll definitely visit Crown for that service.
It is absolutely worth the trip from Manhattan to buy from the group at Curry Acura. They're very straightforward about the details of cars and prices, and they work hard to get you what you want. Our salesperson, George Petkanas, is knowledgeable, professional, and truly loves to demo the features of the cars. He has tremendous energy and humor, and makes the whole experience fun. I just purchased a 2007 Honda Odyssey. I was treated nicely and Gillian Barnes did her very best to make my new van presentable. She was very courteous and was really down to earth. I will definitely send people her way if they are looking for a car. My youngest daughter even took a liking to her and that speaks volumes to me. :)
great service from Crown and their Service guy Dan Victory. We're from Canada and needed scheduled maintenance while we were vacationing Dan made us feel right at home and it was a pleasure dealing with him and the dealership.
