John Shaw was great. Friendly service. Got me my repairs covered by the Acura extended warranty. Could not ask for more.
The customer service here is fantastic! They are very prompt and I trust them to work on my car more than anyone. I took my car to another place once but they were not as knowledgeable about my car, they even messed it up, and the service level was not nearly the same. Daniel Victory has been my advisor now for years. He is always so wonderful to work with! I know i am in good hands, I definitely recommend Crown Acura!

My husband and I have worked with John Shaw since we bought our first MDX in 2003. We had some problems with it when we went north and John help solved the engine problems. We bought another MDX in 2012 and basically the reason we bougth another one was working with John Shaw and knowledge and his friendly personality. John has the ability to understand the problems and has always been able to solve them. John is one in a million.
