Bought a new 2012 Acura MDX w/Technology Package! My experience was exactly as expected. Harlan and Bruce were great to deal with. Be sure and do your homework - know the True Market Value of the vehicle you are looking to buy. If you do this, the process of buying a vehicle is much easier, and negotiation is kept to a minimum. Remember, everything is negotiable! These guys made it easy, and spent the needed time going over the vehicle amenities in the end.
When I first brought my Honda Odyssey over with a burned out brake light bulb, Ray replaced it for free. I met the Service Manager when I was there (Greg Hofman), and I was truly impressed with how they treated me - as a non-paying customer. I am now a regular service customer.
