I don’t have a primary care physician, and started calling around to get in with someone in Troy. Everywhere I called, I was either put on hold and forgot about, told I’d have to come fill out some paperwork and see if I would be approved as a new patient (I was trying to get in ASAP), or couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. First, they could schedule all Wiley, KW and other company clients to come on a certain day. The smell in the waiting room was awful, cigarette smell was overwhelming, and dirty. Did not feel like a doctors office at all. Second, stop over booking patients, it makes it hard when you are really sick and the majority of patients are not. isn't that why you go to a doctor anyway?? Thirdly, when you have an appointment for a certain time, and wait 2 hours, it makes the first two above a horrible wait. Last, bring Jauque back.
Got in extremely close to appointment time and already feeling better.
Waited 2 hours to be seen and when i went up to talk to the lady it's like they forgot about me.
They are very very nice and caring make you feel good to go there.
