Dropping my 5-Star review down to 3 star. Not happy about Pier House management blocking handicapped parking spaces. When I wrote and inquired about it, I did not receive a satisfactory response. I know I should have reported them for being in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
I gave this place 5 stars in 2013 and continue with the 5 stars 2016! Our 4th year here. Secluded yet close to everything! Courteous staff. Wonderful beach area. Been coming to the Keys since 1999 and been at several resorts. Don't really ever want to stay anywhere else! Heaven on earth!
