This is a great atmosphere with great people, all the staff were extremely polite and answered all questions I had and helped anyway they could! Big shout out to Angie in the office ,she was super friendly and very helpful! couldn't have had a better experience with any other agency!!!!! Thanks PIER@clemson
My daughter is currently living at The Pier. We have been very pleased with everything so far. Her move in and checkin was very easy. The Pier was very easy to work with on her move in date. She has enjoyed living there and is planing to live there again next year.
It seems like almost every car in the back loop has been broken into this semester and management still doesn't seem to care enough to put up a few cameras.
The Pier is an awsome place to live, especially with the new management!
Location on the lake is prime, with much untapped potential. Unfortunately lived here for 2 years and management was pathetic, unprofessional, and priorities were out of line. Live elsewhere
