Great community with something always going on. They do everything they can to make it the best off campus living in Clemson. I love it here and would reccommmend it to any of my friends!
I live at The View at the Pier and I can't recommend it enough. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen/living room is very large. We've called about a few maintenance issues and have received nothing but outstanding and impromptu service. Buses come on time and the pool/lazy river combo is extremely fun!
The houses look nice, but they are super thin. If you like to hear what your neighbours are talking about in the middle of the night on their porch you will be happy. Also, if you do not own a car - this place is not for you. What I think is the worst is the management... First of all, nobody wanted to give me a copy of my lease, I had to ask for it several times. No wonder, because they do not even stick to what is in the lease agreement. The agreement states a "make ready fee" of 35$ after moving out which would include cl... read more
Poor customer relations... horribly constructed houses made of paper, not worth the money. Do not even consider signing here unless your house backs up to the water. Not to mention unreliable transport to and from campus.
Really nice houses and good amount of space. Management keeps changing for the better.
