This is my first year at The Pier and it’s been a very nice experience! It’s super nice to have a pool, gym, tanning bed, dog park, and hot tub to use as well as living right on the lake. It’s a very laid back, friendly, college community and I look forward to living here again next year while finishing school!

The Pier is a beautiful place to live right off the side of scenic Lake Hartwell. It has a great community feel. Maintenance is always helpful and fixes problems quickly and efficiently. The office staff is friendly and always lends a smile and a helping hand. The facilities are great as well. You can't beat the huge pool and the new gym/workout facility is second to none. You will love it here!

Before you rent here, you have to ask yourself if it is worth the value for money. They have a lot of nice amenities like a fitness that is never open on time even though they will say its 24hr. A security gate that was supposed to be working months ago, yet is not. A playing field with so many pot holes that I can guarantee an ACL injury. You maybe thinking " wow that's a lot of nice stuff". There is more, they don't bother you with things you don't need, like mail boxes for the tiny homes so you have to go to the office to... read more

This place was great at first. They charged $725 a month with all utilities included except power bill for a one bedroom tiny home. Now two years later they want $825 a month plus $100 a month for utilities plus power bill and by utilities I mean trash water sewer internet, they want extra money for that which they don't advertise on their website . Ends up being about $1000 a month for a one bedroom tiny home. Stay faw away in my opinion. You'll get robbed.

The pier is a great place to live! It’s nice to have a house and a yard to ourselves. It’s so easy to meet new people here whether it’s at the pool, tds, and your neighbors.

My grandson is in his 4th year at Clemson and I see all the things that different businesses stand behind the students and I am proud of that! The Pier is very beautiful!
