I’ve been living here for a few months now and absolutely love it! The staff is always on call if need and the amenities are endless. Also, very pet friendly which is always a plus!
This is my second year living in The Pier and I don’t plan on living anywhere else! From it’s convenient location to Clemson an TriCounty’s campuses, to the lake side views all around it really is just hard to top. The community is newly gated but always has a nightly patrol keeping an eye which makes me feel secure and safe at all times. The houses are all updated and cozy, there’s a dog park , a great gym, a pool and a TD’s Mini BAR all within walking distances. The Pier is a great place to live in. The apartments are very spacious and have great amenities. Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom, built-in desks and cabinets, and walk-in closets. In the apartment, you have your own laundry appliances, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Around the apartments we have plenty of green spaces to hangout, pools, hot tubs, gyms, soccer field, rugby field, dog park, we also have a restaurant/bar/grill —TD’s at The Pier, right outside! The Pier is a beautiful place to live! The neighborhood is gorgeous and the amenities are wonderful! The dog park and pool are especially awesome. The only downside is that maintenance can take a few days to help you if you have a problem that’s not an emergency. But it’s understandable considering how big the community is. The houses are beautiful on both the inside and outside. This has definitely been my favorite place to live off-campus!
The Pier is great, it’s has amazing amenities like the pool, hot tubs, and the gyms. Also it’s pretty cheap compared to the other housing options in the area
I’ve lived at the apartments at The Pier since this summer and I highly recommend living here. The apartments are spacious. There are a lot of green spaces. The amenities are superb: 3 gyms, 2 pools, longest lazy river in SC, study rooms, sand volleyball court, basketball court, a lake waterfront pier, a dog park, there’s too much to mention. Told us tiny home was "ready to move-in", when we arrived the frig and the stove didn't work. Then, on a Friday night our truck was broken into and personal items were stolen. Called the property manager on August 6th, this Aug 24th and she hasn't returned my call. Even worse, The Pier property management hasn't improved or tightened security. Thief is still on the loose.
