Was one of Dr Pienkowski’s first patients after he got to KNOXVILLE, TN. He is always very thorough, really knows his medicine. Have had allergies since I was 14. Always had to keep meds and Kleenex with me until I found him. GREAT DOCTOR!!!!
He's treated me for years. I couldn't live in Knoxville without him!
Amazing!! He has really been a help to me. He also has a great sense of humor. I was amazed at how well everything was explained to me and how involved he was in the actual testing. He didn't just leave everything up to the nurses to do.
The Dr. was very knowledgable about allerg/imm. The recep & the shot room nurse were unorganized, demeaning and rude. The first app I had sched for injections-they didn't have me on the sched, my serum was not mixed (causing a HUGE bill for me due to changing ins. $900). They locked the door-literally in my face at 3:59. (They closed at 4pm) Icalled the office while at the door and recep said "sorry the nurse left already, you can return tomorrow or Saturday. I never returned. No one called me.
Dr. Pienkowski and his staff make a tremendous difference in the quality of life for my children and I. I feel fortunate that a little over a year ago a friend recommended I go see Dr. Pienkowski with my son who was suffering from terrible stomach aches and generally poor health. Dr. Pienkowski now sees my entire family. He is extremely knowledgeable, takes his time to explain each patients diagnosis and treatment, and makes it obvious he genuinely cares.
TERRIBLE office staff. Don't even bother trying to call anyone to set up an appointment or ask a question. Tried calling 4 times and was hung up on each time. So unprofessional and very rude. Your health means nothing to these people if it means they have to answer a question.

The experience described in this comment is clearly a marked departure from the standards Dr. Pienkowski has set for over 30 years.
