From Dr PIENKOWSKI to the nurse as well as the office staff everyone was thorough and professional. I would highly recommend his office to anyone!!
Dr. Pienkowski and his staff were wonderful. They were very thorough and kind. I had to have the scratch and injection test. It was not fun, But that was to be expected. Dr. Pienkowski's nurse was kind and patient with me. I wish I would have asked her name, because she was amazing. Dr. Pienkowski himself took the time to consult with me and go over my test results. I saw Dr Pienkowski back in 2013 and he was the only doctor that HEARD me and did all sorts of testing and made the determination that I have Hashimotos. I had moved away for a bit and I’m back in Knoxville again and I’m having more issues that my regular doctor just shrugged off so I decided to see Dr Pienkowski again and as usual, he has made a diagnosis and is running more tests. Dr. Pienkowski was very thorough and informative about the issues I was having. After being pushed off by several other drs for the past 2 years. I finally found the Dr. that I needed. Dr. Pienkowski helped me more in the first visit than anyone else has in the past 2 years. High recommend!
Ignored my comments and questions to get his own opinions heard. Ignored my history, information provided, dietary preferences, and wanted to keep testing without considering my questions; one size fits all apparently. Charges for services were high, billed insurance twice and even EOB listed one denial with CMS response of 'charge was excessive'. Staff was friendly but I found another doc who actually listens to the patient.
Very knowledgeable and thorough in an area with incompetent and dismissive quacks.
I was fortunate to have such a knowledgeable doctor. My visit went very well.

The nurse, I'm not super sure of her name, was worth it on her own merit. I have rarely seen someone handle my kid with as much grace, joy, and kindness as she did. Especially considering the testing he went through. I'd give 10 stars for her alone, if I could. The doctor was nice, he listened to my concerns and was readily avaliable to answer any questions or clarify anything that we seemed unsure on.
