This company is evil, all they want is money. They do not care about their residents and teach their manages to cut people off and not listen. I see this on various reviews, where the management will not listen and not talk to you, unprofessional.....hang up on you, put you on hold and not return. The bill has bogus charges on it and no one seems to be able to explain to me what they are....charges from months I have already paid. They are evil.

I am a resident at one of their properties. The Villas in Westerville OH. I was blackmailed and swindled. We were the best residents possible. Responsible, quiet, and paid every rent early. I have been disrespected and ignored by staff and JFK the parent company. hey incorrectly charged me as I moved out even though they owned me $150 from a deposit. I rent at The Vue Apartments in Portland, Oregon. The best thing I can say about them is at least they finally got rid of the bed bugs. It's a terrible, filthy place and they apparently have no intention of making it any better. In fact, it gets worse by the day. Do yourself a favor and don't rent from these people.

I am a resident at one of their properties and just tried calling their main number. A woman named Jessica picked up the phone and transferred me to another number where no one picked up ...I then called back and the phone stopped ringing so I tried several times. After one ring it would stop ringing. I had a feeling she was putting me on hold or something like that so I called from another number. JRK will not return my call in regards to my car being towed. The front office lady just hangs up when they see its me calling very unethicl.

I live at ********** Lake Apartments in Fort Worth. This company is refusing to hold their end of picking up trash from my apartment as agreed in my lease. This management company refuses address issues with their subcontract.

We rented an apartment at ******* Bay and it was an abomination from the beginning. The office staff in incompetent and the mis-management is astounding. The Property Manager is only person that do anything other than getting you into a lease. And she is frequently not there, leaving early, coming in late, at least that is what your told when you call the office. You have to go in and try to catch her. ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!! If I was able to give this apartment complex a ZERO I would. I have lived here since December 2016 and It has been awful from the first day. Beginning with the Staff even corporate! Completely unprofessional staff..rude and could care LESS about the residents.
