The worst! Totally unprofessional. JRK is impossible to get a hold of. I have emailed numerous times to tenant relations, left voicemails, and get no response. Repairs are Tewksbury Commons do not get completed. False promises are made. Snow is not removed and is dangerous.Elevator did not work for 2 weeks (no other handicap access) Secretary is completely rude!!! Place should be shut down. I am getting over charged for my water bill and still mandated to pay it or I will receive a late fee. Place is a complete joke.

The Staff is accommodating, friendly and helpful and the property is well maintained. Our move from up North was made that much easier by Brandy & Marci.

I have been trying to contact this company regarding my deposit. No one returns phone calls and it has been 3 months since we moved. This company is very unprofessional and I will make it my job to warn every veteran in the Silverdale area to never stay at this place. This is ridiculous and every time I speak with someone at the property they say they will follow-up with me and then another week goes by and I'm calling them, AGAIN!

If I could rate Addison Place a zero I would. This place is a dump. Repairs are temporary and nothing gets upgraded with your rent increase. The staff is rude especially Jasmine who is the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. They change staff so frequently and continue to employ incompetent people. Definitely not worth the money.

This company owes me a deposit refund and I have been leaving voicemails for over 60 days and still have not had anyone return my call or received my refund. I am going to seek legal action against this property.

I have NEVER been treated so poorly by a rental property. While the property is in a lovely location and looks nice on the inside, the management is horrible; you have to aggressively pursue them to get any sort of communication. They claim they stand by their "48 hour maintenance guarantee" when in reality, weeks go by with several unanswered phone calls, unanswered emails and voicemails, and you have to threaten legal action before something gets done. I reside in Charlotte, NC. I rented from Arwen Vista. When I moved into the apartment the carpet had fingernail polish throughout the carpet(which was noted on my move-in). The walls had normal wear and tear, it was not painted upon moving in. My move out date was April 21st which was a Sunday. The apartment complex is closed on Sundays. The management team was aware of this and failed to make arrangements that coordinate with their working schedule. UNIT WAS UNINHABITABLE. JRK NOT COMMUNICATING AFTER SIGNING RELEASE FROM LEASE. CLAIMED THEY WOULD MAIL MY SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK IN 10 DAYS. THEY HANG UP ON EVERY SINGLE ATTEMPT TO CALL THEM, DELETE EVERY EMAIL I SEND AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T MAILED THE SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK.
