Dr. Miller is easy to talk to. Her exams were thorough & on point. The staff is very friend & answered all of my questions.......no unexpected ATTITUDES in the office.

First impression is everything. HIPPA is definitely not top priority at the front desk. I should not know someone else's demographics because of an AA yelling it out to patient across the room. Also customer service may need to be practiced a lot more. If a patient arrives 2 hours before there appointment and a slot opens, they should have first choice instead of a walk in. Just a suggestion, I'm just saying....
