Horrible! I arrived to the ER around 12 in the afternoon. I left without getting an MRI. I was told I could wait or schedule out patient. I left at 11pm. Scheduling with out patient is just another delay in hopes this MRI gets to the correct place and the doctor looks at it that week. I was given an anti-inflammatory shot and a steroid shot...both didn’t do anything. I asked for an update at(prior updates were asked for as well)10:45pm and was told one MRI machine was down and they are still scanning in house patients. The n... read more

I’m an RN and I recently had a loved one spend 5 days as a patient. I can honestly say that there wasn’t one person that we encountered who wasn’t anything less than knowledgeable and very friendly. I can’t say enough about how they made a bad situation better with all they did... and I’m pretty picky.
You let someone put no people of color on a patient door. You condone racism. That racist needs to be thrown out.
I have never met a more compassionate staff. Jessica and Ali on 6North were truly the best!! They didn’t just look at the black & white when making an evaluation. They listened. They took medical history, present day issues and the fragile situation into consideration to figure out the best resolution. I did not meet any employee that was not kind, outgoing, caring and helpful with an awesome attitude. Great job Piedmont Atlanta �
RecommendedEveryone on 6 South is wonderful, they treated my son as well as myself very well! My son came in for cardiac appointment with his dr and fell out had to be admitted immediately! I can't say enough about Dr's, nurses, CNA's, PCT's,food, housekeeping!! I thank you all from the bottom of my heart on 6 South for taking such good care of my son, while he was there. See you next month for heart surgery! Special shout out to Mazz !!! 5 stars!!!
I had disc replacement XLIF surgery with Dr Khajavi 3/26. Every single person from nurses, CNAs, transport, cleaning, food, physical therapy, and occupational therapy, was kind and compassionate. They worked to make sure my pain was managed and that I knew what to expect when I was doing home. I’ve had several surgeries at other hospitals and nothing comes close to comparing with the care I received at Piedmont!
