Took my boyfriend here around 3am on a Saturday. He was seen immediately and treated with great bedside manner throughout the experience.
Everyone from the CEO Patrick Batty to the doctors and nurses were amazing. Did not get a chance to really check out the cuisine until the last few days but it looked good!
My experience today at the Piedmont Heart Hospital has been the worst. My wife and I arrived at 11:30am for a 12:00p procedure and it’s now 4:00pm and I haven’t been assisted. The nurses come in ever 2 hours to apologize. I have NEVER experienced anything like this in my LIFE. I’m truly thankful for my pending transfer to Emory.

Worst hospital ever been to. In only 2 days at this hospital, we have been subjected to medical blackmail (not being given pain meds that were already ordered, unless agreeing to a neurotest), negligence, physical assault by poorly trained floor techs (Ramona), and malpractice (the wrong orders being given to the wrong patient). Do NOT take your loved ones here!
